Turquoise tea
One of the most popular turquoise teas, often used as an introduction to Chinese oolongs. Large, mature leaves saturated with natural strength and aroma are used in its production. The tea bushes are called Nai Xiang Jin Xuan, which translates as ‘fire flower with a milky aroma’.
The light lemon infusion has a delicate aroma with noticeable milky and delicate caramel notes. The taste is mild, with a slight natural sweetness and no sharp astringency. Milky oolong gives a feeling of warmth and comfort — it is a tea that is easy to fall in love with from the first sip.
Preparation: pour boiling water over and steep for 3–5 minutes.
