Food products of appropriate quality available for Order are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19 March 1994 ‘On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ’On Consumer Protection" with amendments and additions.
Upon receipt of the Order, the Buyer shall inspect the assortment, completeness, quality, and packaging for defects. In case of non-compliance, the Buyer may refuse the Goods.
The procedure for exchange and return, in case the Buyer finds the Goods to be of inadequate quality, is regulated by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights’.
