PAYMENT METHODS

 

  • Cash payment to Privatbank or Monobank account

Payment for orders online by bank card or cash via terminal! Goods are shipped after payment confirmation!

 

  • Online payment by Visa/Mastercard

Payment is made online using the LiqPay or MonoPay system. Your payment will be immediately reflected in our system and does not require additional confirmation.

 

  • Payment upon receipt

Payment in cash upon receipt of goods at a Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta branch, subject to a prepayment of 200 UAH. Prepayment can be made either to a Privatbank or Monobank card (account) or online after placing an order.

 

Important! The buyer pays for the money return service!

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday

 

Delivery in Ukraine

Your orders are delivered by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta delivery services.

Delivery to the branch is free of charge:

  • Nova Poshta - from 3000 UAH
  • Ukrposhta - from 2500 UAH

 

We will transfer your order to the delivery service the next day if it has been confirmed (and paid for, in the case of card payments) by 21:00.

Orders placed after 21:00 will be shipped the next working day.

 

Delivery times for orders placed via Nova Poshta are 1 to 5 days, via Ukrposhta Express 1 to 3 days, and via Ukrposhta Standard 4 to 6 days. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to the difficult situation in the country. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Important! According to the terms of free storage, a parcel can be stored in the delivery service warehouse for 7 working days for Nova Poshta and 14 days for Ukrposhta. After this time, the parcel is automatically returned to the sender! In case of return of the order, we reserve the right to charge for delivery if the order was returned at the buyer's request.

The delivery time by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta to your address is 2-6 working days.

 

The delivery cost is paid according to the delivery service rates.
