Phoenix Eye is a Chinese jasmine tea from Fujian Province.
It is an exquisite variety considered one of the best jasmine teas in the world. During a special season, only the most delicate top buds and two young leaves are picked, then hand-rolled into an ‘eye’ shape and combined with fresh jasmine flowers. When brewing tea in a transparent teapot or cup, you can watch the leaves unfold beautifully.

The infusion has a light green hue and a distinct floral aroma of jasmine. The taste is light, fresh, with a delicate floral aftertaste. It is important not to over-brew the tea in order to preserve its natural delicacy.
