Strawberry Rooibos
A well-known exotic tea made from a blend of the fine, needle-like leaves of an African shrub, skilfully combined with the flavour of ripe strawberries and blackberry leaves. Rooibos enjoys well-deserved popularity for its unusual flavour, delicate aroma and health-promoting properties. The drink is caffeine-free and has antioxidant and calming effects. It is ideal for children and pregnant women.
Preparation: pour boiling water over the tea and leave to infuse for 3–5 minutes.
